Abstract
A display device includes: an OLED; a winder that winds the OLED from one end of the OLED; a cover that keeps a winding space for the OLED between the winder and the cover; a constant force spring that applies a winding force of the OLED to the winder; a motor configured to give at least one of winding and unwinding forces of the OLED to the winder; a drag mechanism configured to transmit rotation between the motor and the winder via a friction element; and a weight at the other end of the OLED to apply a pull-out force that counterbalances the winding force by the constant force spring.

A display device comprising:
- an OLED;
- a winder that winds the OLED from one end of the OLED;
- a cover that keeps a winding space for the OLED between the winder and the cover;
- a constant force spring that applies a winding force of the OLED to the winder;
- a motor configured to give at least one of winding and unwinding forces of the OLED to the winder;
- a drag mechanism configured to transmit rotation between the motor and the winder via a friction element;
- and
- a weight at the other end of the OLED to apply a pull-out force that counterbalances the winding force by the constant force spring.
