Method and device for transmission or reception based on overlapping silence intervals in wireless lan system

A station (STA) in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, the STA comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one processor connected to the at least one transceiver,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• receive, through the at least one transceiver, from an access point (AP), a first quiet element including information on at least one of a bitmap related to N (N is an integer greater than 0) first-type quiet interval or an offset related to the N first-type quiet interval;
• and
• based on the STA being a first-type STA, perform, through the at least one transceiver, a frame exchange with the AP during the N first-type quiet interval.

An access point (AP) in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, the AP comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one processor connected to the at least one transceiver,
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• transmit, through the at least one transceiver, to at least one STA, a first quiet element including information on at least one of a bitmap related to N (N is an integer greater than 0) first-type quiet interval or an offset related to the N first-type quiet interval;
• and
• perform, through the at least one transceiver, a frame exchange with a first-type STA among the at least one STA during the N first-type quiet interval.
