Cell measurement method and apparatus

A communication apparatus, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• at least one memory, wherein the at least one memory stores instructions, and when executing the instructions stored in the memory, the one or more processors executes operations comprising:
• receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information indicates at least one candidate cell and a first cell set corresponding to a first candidate cell in the at least one candidate cell, and the first cell set comprises at least one cell;
• and
• measuring a cell in the first cell set based on the first indication information, wherein a serving cell of the terminal device is the first candidate cell.

A communication apparatus, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• at least one memory, wherein the at least one memory stores instructions, and when executing the instructions stored in the memory, the one or more processors executes operations comprising:
• determining first indication information, wherein the first indication information indicates at least one candidate cell and a first cell set corresponding to a first candidate cell in the at least one candidate cell, and the first cell set comprises at least one cell;
• and
• sending the first indication information.
