System and Method for Selectively Granting Access to Permitted Portions of Data

A computer system comprising:

• at least one processor;
• at least one communications module to communicate with electronic devices;
• and
• at least one memory, the at least one memory comprising processor executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computer system to:
• receive a first request to obtain geographic address information for a delivery of an item, the first request comprising an identifier of the item and a credential associated with a first requestor;
• responsive to authorizing the first request based on possession of the credential, determine a first permitted portion of a delivery route based on the first requestor;
• and
• respond to the first request by providing at least the first permitted portion of the delivery route to the first requestor.

A computer-readable medium comprising processor executable instructions that when executed by a processor of a computer system, cause the computer system to:

• receive a first request to obtain geographic address information for a delivery of an item, the first request comprising an identifier of the item and a credential associated with a first requestor;
• responsive to authorizing the first request based on possession of the credential, determine a first permitted portion of a delivery route based on the first requestor;
• and
• respond to the first request by providing at least the first permitted portion of the delivery route to the first requestor.
