Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication that one or more of a first link or a second link of dual connectivity links are congested. The UE may perform a protocol data unit (PDU) set-based discard mechanism selected in accordance with the indication and one or more conditions. Numerous other aspects are described.
Claims20
An apparatus for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- one or more memories;
- and
- one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, individually or collectively configured to cause the UE to:
- receive an indication that one or more of a first link or a second link of dual connectivity links are congested;
- and
- perform a protocol data unit (PDU) set-based discard mechanism selected in accordance with the indication and one or more conditions.
An apparatus for wireless communication at a network entity, comprising:
- one or more memories;
- and
- one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, individually or collectively configured to cause the network entity to:
- transmit an indication that one or more of a first link or a second link of dual connectivity links are congested;
- and
- receive protocol data units (PDUs) that are not discarded according to a PDU set-based discard mechanism selected in accordance with the indication and one or more conditions.
A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- receiving an indication that one or more of a first link or a second link of dual connectivity links are congested;
- and
- performing a protocol data unit (PDU) set-based discard mechanism selected in accordance with the indication and one or more conditions.
