Method and apparatus for processing service alarm based on cdn, device, and medium

A computer device, comprising:

• a memory and a processor, wherein the memory and the processor are communicatively connected to each other, the memory is stored with computer instructions, and the processor is configured to execute the computer instructions to:
• obtain detection data and cause analysis data corresponding to a target domain name, wherein the detection data is obtained based on detecting an access behavior of a client corresponding to a CDN node to the target domain name, and the cause analysis data is obtained based on the access behavior and node performance data of the CDN node;
• determine, by using the detection data, whether to perform a service alarm corresponding to the target domain name;
• in response to determining to perform the service alarm corresponding to the target domain name, determine a cause of the service alarm by using the cause analysis data;
• and
• obtain a sending policy corresponding to the cause of the service alarm, and send the cause of the service alarm according to the sending policy.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium is stored with computer instructions, and the computer instructions are configured to cause a computer to:

• obtain detection data and cause analysis data corresponding to a target domain name, wherein the detection data is obtained based on detecting an access behavior of a client corresponding to a CDN node to the target domain name, and the cause analysis data is obtained based on the access behavior and node performance data of the CDN node;
• determine, by using the detection data, whether to perform a service alarm corresponding to the target domain name;
• in response to determining to perform the service alarm corresponding to the target domain name, determine a cause of the service alarm by using the cause analysis data;
• and
• obtain a sending policy corresponding to the cause of the service alarm, and send the cause of the service alarm according to the sending policy.
