Decentralized mission planning, command, and control

An apparatus, comprising:

• one or more computer-readable storage media;
• and
• program instructions stored on the one or more computer-readable storage media executable by a processing device to direct the processing device to at least:
• obtain an operational plan relating to logistical operations of one or more devices;
• perform a feasibility check for the operational plan based on logical rules implemented by a blockchain to determine a feasibility of an implementation of the logistical operations via the one or more devices;
• and
• in response to satisfying the feasibility check, publish the plan to the blockchain.

A method of operating a node capable of accessing a blockchain, comprising:

• obtaining, by the node, an operational plan relating to logistical operations of one or more devices;
• performing, by the node, a feasibility check for the operational plan based on logical rules implemented by the blockchain to determine a feasibility of an implementation of the logistical operations via the one or more devices;
• and
• in response to satisfying the feasibility check, publishing, by the node, the plan to the blockchain.
