An information transceiving method and apparatus. The method includes: transmitting request indication information for acquiring a first reference signal set by a terminal equipment to a network device; and receiving a first reference signal in the first reference signal set transmitted by the network device; or, transmitting third resource configuration information by a network device to a terminal equipment, the third resource configuration information including a reference signal set identifier and identifiers of reference signals in the reference signal set; transmitting first reference signal set indication information to the terminal equipment; and transmitting a first reference signal in the first reference signal set to the terminal equipment.
