Method and apparatus for sidelink communication

A method of a second terminal, comprising:

• receiving a first physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) including sidelink control information (SCI) from a first terminal in a first resource, the SCI including scheduling information of a first physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) and resource allocation information of a first reserved resource;
• and
• receiving the first PSSCH according to the scheduling information of the first PSSCH from the first terminal in the first resource,
• wherein the first resource and one or a plurality of reserved resource including the first reserved resource are determined from sidelink resources, and the first reserved resource is determined with reference to the first resource, and
• wherein the sidelink resources are part of a sidelink resource pool configured to the first terminal, and the sidelink resource pool contains one or more slots and one or more sub-channels available for sidelink transmission and belongs to a sidelink bandwidth part.

A first terminal comprising at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor causes the first terminal to perform:

• determining a first resource for physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission from sidelink resources;
• determining one or a plurality of reserved resources including a first reserved resource for PSSCH transmission from the sidelink resources, the first reserved resource being determined with reference to the first resource;
• transmitting a first physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) including sidelink control information (SCI) to second terminal(s) in the first resource, the SCI including scheduling information of a first PSSCH and resource allocation information of the first reserved resource;
• and
• transmitting the first PSSCH to the second terminal(s) according to the scheduling information of the first PSSCH to the second terminal(s) in the first resource,
• wherein the sidelink resources are part of a sidelink resource pool configured to the first terminal, and the sidelink resource pool contains one or more slots and one or more sub-channels available for sidelink transmission and belongs to a sidelink bandwidth part.
