Abstract
A battery and a battery pack are disclosed, including a housing, a electrode assembly and a vapor chamber. The vapor chamber includes a first side plate part and a first bottom plate part connected in sequence. The first side plate part is used for transferring heat away from the bottom of the electrode assembly to the bottom of the electrode assembly.

A battery comprising:
- a battery housing provided with an accommodating cavity;
- an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodating cavity;
- and
- a vapor chamber comprising a first side plate part and a first bottom plate part connected in sequence, the first side plate part being attached to a side wall of the electrode assembly, and the first bottom plate part being disposed between a bottom of the electrode assembly and the battery housing;
- wherein a plurality of first through holes are defined by the first side plate part.

A battery pack, comprising one or more batteries, the battery comprising:
- a battery housing provided with an accommodating cavity;
- an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodating cavity;
- and
- a vapor chamber comprising a first side plate part and a first bottom plate part connected in sequence, the first side plate part being attached to a side wall of the electrode assembly, and the first bottom plate part being disposed between a bottom of the electrode assembly and the battery housing;
- wherein a plurality of first through holes are defined by the first side plate part.
