Abstract
A computer-implemented method, including: receiving, by a computing device, an information technology (IT) operations request; collecting, by the computing device, information associated with the IT operation request from a knowledge bank; determining, by the computing device, a resolution resource for completing the IT operation request; and assigning, by the computing device, the resolution resource based on the information from the knowledge bank and IT operation request.

A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- receiving, by a computing device, an information technology (IT) operations request;
- collecting, by the computing device, information associated with the IT operation request from a knowledge bank;
- determining, by the computing device, a resolution resource for completing the IT operation request;
- and
- assigning, by the computing device, the resolution resource based on the information from the knowledge bank and IT operation request.
A computer program product comprising one or more computer readable storage media having program instructions collectively stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, the program instructions executable to:
- receive an information technology (IT) operations request;
- collect information associated with the IT operation request from a knowledge bank;
- determine a resolution resource for completing the IT operation request;
- assign the resolution resource based on the information from the knowledge bank and IT operation request;
- and
- schedule a solution to the IT operation request with the resolution resource.
A system comprising:
- a processor, a computer readable memory, one or more computer readable storage media, and program instructions collectively stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, the program instructions executable to:
- receive an information technology (IT) operations request;
- collect information associated with the IT operation request from a knowledge bank;
- generate a current state of environment of the IT operation request based on the information in the knowledge bank;
- determine a resolution resource for completing the IT operation request based on at least availability of the resolution resource and the current state;
- assign the resolution resource based on the information from the knowledge bank and IT operation request;
- and
- schedule a solution to the IT operation request with the resolution resource.
