Abstract
An emissions measurement system to measure emissions from an animal is provided comprising a fixture in fluid communication with an air handler, wherein the air handler comprises a blower and a first emissions sensor.

An emissions measurement system comprising:
- a fixture in fluid communication with an air handler;
- wherein the air handler comprises a blower and a first emissions sensor.
A method comprising:
- affixing a fixture at least partially around a muzzle of a ruminant;
- creating an airflow through the fixture and into a tube;
- receiving the airflow at an air handler;
- measuring at least one of a methane concentration or a carbon dioxide concentration in the airflow.
