Abstract
The present invention provides an excellently assemblable electric brake apparatus configured to allow an electric actuator to be joined to a bracket member based on application of a single operation to this electric actuator. The electric actuator is engaged with the bracket member by inserting the electric actuator into the bracket member along an axial direction of a motor portion included in this electric actuator.

An electric brake apparatus comprising:
- a bracket member fixed to a support member of a brake mechanism;
- and
- an electric actuator joined to the bracket member and operable to actuate the brake mechanism,
- wherein the electric actuator includes a motor portion, and
- wherein the electric actuator is engaged with the bracket member by inserting the electric actuator into the bracket member along an axial direction of the motor portion.
