Manufacturing method of photochromic thermal insulation fiber

A manufacturing method of a photochromic thermal insulation fiber, comprising:

• preparing a photochromic masterbatch, comprising uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of a photochromic dye and 95 parts by weight of polypropylene, and performing a powder refining process, a powder dispersion process, and a kneading and granulation process to obtain the photochromic masterbatch;
• preparing a near-infrared reflecting masterbatch, comprising uniformly mixing 15 parts by weight of a near-infrared reflecting dye and 85 parts by weight of nylon, and performing a powder refining process, a powder dispersion process, and a kneading and granulation process to obtain the near-infrared reflecting masterbatch;
• preparing a first mixture, comprising mixing 10 parts by weight of the photochromic masterbatch and 75 parts by weight to 115 parts by weight of polypropylene to obtain the first mixture;
• preparing a second mixture, comprising mixing 10 parts by weight of the near-infrared reflecting masterbatch and 65 parts by weight to 140 parts by weight of nylon to obtain the second mixture;
• and
• performing a core-sheath melt spinning process with the first mixture and the second mixture to form a core layer and a sheath layer of the photochromic thermal insulation fiber, wherein the first mixture forms the core layer, and wherein the second mixture forms the sheath layer.
