A paint composition, wherein the composition comprises:
- (a) from 1.0 wt % to 40 wt % fly ash;
- (b) from 1.0 wt % to 60 wt % TiO2;
- and
- (c) from 10 wt % to 80 wt % polymeric binder material,
- wherein the fly ash has a d50 particle size of less than 4.0 μm.
