Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a thermosetting resin composition that has a low refractive index after curing and can also form a thick film. The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition containing, based on the solid content thereof: (A) 1 to 35% by weight of a polysiloxane that is a hydrolysis condensation product of a methyltrialkoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane and has a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000; and (B) 65 to 99% by weight of a moniliform silica.
Claims10
A thermosetting resin composition, comprising, based on a solid content thereof:
- (A) 1 to 35% by weight of a polysiloxane that is a hydrolysis condensation product of a methyltrialkoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane and has a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000;
- and
- (B) 65 to 99% by weight of a moniliform silica.
A laminate, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a cured film having a film thickness of 1 μm or more, the cured film comprising 65 to 99% by weight of a moniliform silica, having a porosity of 40% or more, and having a refractive index at a wavelength of 589 nm of 1.4 or less.
