Abstract
A cancer-cell proliferation inhibitor contains a compound with a high level of safety derived from food component. The description of the present application discloses a cancer-cell proliferation inhibitor that contains an immune checkpoint inhibitor and at least one of 5-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone represented by formula (I), a salt of said compound, and a conjugate of said compound.

A cancer-cell proliferation inhibitor comprising an immune checkpoint inhibitor and at least one of 5-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone, which is represented by a following formula (I), a salt of said compound, and a conjugate of said compound
A method for enhancing effect of an immune checkpoint inhibitor, wherein anticancer effect of the immune checkpoint inhibitor is enhanced by using the immune checkpoint inhibitor and a cancer-cell proliferation inhibitor comprising at least one of 5-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-γ-valerolactone, which is represented by a following formula (I), a salt of said compound, and a conjugate of said compound as an active ingredient together
