Inner ring component for human physiological monitoring ring and the human physiological monitoring ring

An inner ring component for a human physiological monitoring ring, comprising:

• an inner ring (10);
• a circuit board (20), wherein the circuit board (20) is disposed on the inner ring (10), and an installation gap (101) is defined between the inner ring (10) and the circuit board (20);
• the inner ring (10) is designed to be worn on an outer side of a user's finger, and the circuit board (20) forms a detection circuit;
• a side of the circuit board (20) near the inner ring (10) has a light source (201) and a light detection component (202), the light source (201) emits detection light toward the user's finger, and the light detection component (202) receives the reflected light formed by the detection light reflected from the user's finger;
• the detection circuit is configured to obtain the user's physiological information based on a signal detected by the light detection component (202);
• and
• a conduction component (30), partially located in the installation gap (101);
• wherein in a radial direction of the inner ring component (100), the conduction component (30) is positioned outside the light detection component (202) and extends inwardly toward the inner ring component (100);
• and the conduction component (30) includes:
• a first light guide element (302 configured to conduct the reflected light to the light detection component (202).
