Abstract
This image processing device includes a composition determination unit that determines a composition in an image in accordance with a rule predetermined in a manner that depends on a subject, a region-of-interest determination unit that determines a region of interest in a cropped image corresponding to the composition in the image, and a motion information calculation unit that calculates motion information regarding motion of the subject predetermined in the region of interest.

An image processing device comprising:
- a composition determination unit that determines a composition in an image in accordance with a rule predetermined in a manner that depends on a subject;
- a region-of-interest determination unit that determines a region of interest in a cropped image corresponding to the composition in the image;
- and
- a motion information calculation unit that calculates motion information regarding motion of the subject predetermined in the region of interest.
An image processing method comprising:
- determining a composition in an image in accordance with a rule predetermined in a manner that depends on a subject;
- determining a region of interest in a cropped image corresponding to the composition in the image;
- and
- calculating motion information regarding motion of the subject predetermined in the region of interest.
A program for causing a computer to execute processing, the processing comprising:
- determining a composition in an image in accordance with a rule predetermined in a manner that depends on a subject;
- determining a region of interest in a cropped image corresponding to the composition in the image;
- and
- calculating motion information regarding motion of the subject predetermined in the region of interest.
