An appointment adjustment method, comprising:

• acquiring communication data indicating content of a communication performed through use of a communication tool;
• acquiring adjustment appointment data indicating an adjustment appointment which is an appointment to be adjusted through the communication based on the communication data and a language-analyzable machine learning model;
• and
• transmitting the adjustment appointment data to an appointment management tool configured to work in cooperation with the communication tool.

A non-transitory information storage medium having stored thereon a program for causing a computer to:

• acquire communication data indicating content of a communication performed through use of a communication tool;
• acquire adjustment appointment data indicating an adjustment appointment which is an appointment to be adjusted through the communication based on the communication data and a language-analyzable machine learning model;
• and
• transmit the adjustment appointment data to an appointment management tool configured to work in cooperation with the communication tool.
