Abstract
A dispatch management device includes a processor configured to: set, for each of a plurality of candidate vehicles that can be dispatched, a priority of the candidate vehicle in response to external environment and characteristics of the candidate vehicle associated with the external environment so that the priority becomes higher as a degree of suitability of the characteristics of the candidate vehicle with respect to the external environment increases, and determine a vehicle to be dispatched from among the plurality of candidate vehicles in response to the priority of each of the plurality of candidate vehicles.

A dispatch management device, comprising:
- a processor configured to:
- set, for each of a plurality of candidate vehicles that can be dispatched, a priority of the candidate vehicle in response to external environment and characteristics of the candidate vehicle associated with the external environment so that the priority becomes higher as a degree of suitability of the characteristics of the candidate vehicle with respect to the external environment increases, and
- determine a vehicle to be dispatched from among the plurality of candidate vehicles in response to the priority of each of the plurality of candidate vehicles.
