Abstract
A detector module may be provided. The detector module may comprise one or more detector elements. Each of the one or more detector elements may include a detector crystal, a basal board, a supporting component, and a flexible board. The detector crystal may be mounted on a side of the basal board and configured to receive rays from a subject and generate a detection signal based on the rays. The supporting component may be configured to support the basal board. The supporting component may include a concave structure for accommodating at least a portion of the flexible board.
Claims20
A detector module, comprising one or more detector elements, each of the one or more detector elements including a detector crystal, a basal board, a supporting component, and a flexible board, wherein:
- the detector crystal is mounted on a side of the basal board and configured to receive rays from a subject and generate a detection signal based on the rays;
- the supporting component is configured to support the basal board, and the supporting component includes a concave structure for accommodating at least a portion of the flexible board.
A method for assembling a detector module, comprising
- assembling one or more detector elements, wherein each of the one or more detector elements includes a detector crystal, a basal board, a supporting component, and a flexible board, and is assembled by performing operations including:
- mounting the detector crystal on a side of the basal board;
- installing the basal board on the supporting component;
- and
- disposing at least a portion of the flexible board in a concave structure of the supporting component;
- and
- installing the one or more detector elements on a second supporting component.
