Array sensor

An array sensor comprising:

• first wirings that, when viewed from a third direction perpendicular to a plane defined by a first direction and a second direction that is different from the first direction, each extend in the first direction and are adjacent to each other in the second direction;
• second wirings each extending in the second direction and adjacent to each other in the first direction when viewed from the third direction;
• detection elements each connected to both one of the first wirings and one of the second wirings;
• a readout circuit that reads out output signals from the detection elements;
• and
• first terminals electrically connected to the readout circuit, wherein:
• the first terminals form at least one first terminal line in which at least some of the first terminals are arranged side by side in the second direction;
• and
• the number of the first terminals is greater than the number of the first wirings, and only some of the first terminals are electrically connected to the respective first wirings.
