Abstract

A window air conditioner includes an indoor unit component configured to be arranged at an indoor side of a window, an outdoor unit component configured to be arranged at an outdoor side of the window, and a connection component configured to pass through the window and to connect the indoor and outdoor unit components and including an inner connection assembly having an inner end connected to the indoor unit component, an outer connection assembly having an outer end connected to the outdoor unit component, and a guide rail assembly connected to the inner and outer connection assemblies. One of the inner and outer connection assemblies is slidably positioned within another one of the inner and outer connection assemblies in an indoor-outdoor direction. The guide rail assembly is configured to enable the inner and outer connection assemblies to be relatively slidable in the indoor-outdoor direction.

A window air conditioner comprising:

an indoor unit component configured to be arranged at an indoor side of a window;
an outdoor unit component configured to be arranged at an outdoor side of the window;
and
a connection component configured to pass through the window and to connect the indoor unit component to the outdoor unit component, the connection component including:
an inner connection assembly having an inner end connected to the indoor unit component;
an outer connection assembly having an outer end connected to the outdoor unit component, one of the inner connection assembly and the outer connection assembly being slidably positioned within another one of the inner connection assembly and the outer connection assembly in an indoor-outdoor direction;
and
a guide rail assembly connected to the inner connection assembly and the outer connection assembly and configured to enable the outer connection assembly and the inner connection assembly to be relatively slidable in the indoor-outdoor direction.
