Abstract
Isolated or recombinant anti-EGFL6 monoclonal antibodies are provided. In some cases, antibodies of the embodiments can be used for the detection, diagnosis and/or therapeutic treatment of human diseases, such as cancer.

One or more polynucleotide molecules encoding an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to epidermal growth factor-like domain-containing protein 6 (EGFL6) and comprises:
- (a) a VH CDR1 identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 64;
- (b) a VH CDR2 identical to SEQ ID NO:65;
- (c) a VH CDR3 identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 66;
- (d) a VL CDR1 identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 126;
- (e) a VL CDR2 identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 127;
- and
- (f) a VL CDR3 identical to SEQ ID NO:
