-218. (canceled)
An anti-ApoE4 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a heavy chain variable domain comprising three complementarity determining regions (CDRs), wherein the heavy chain variable domain CDRs are CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3 according to Chothia numbering, and wherein
- (i) the CDR-H1 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 26 to 32 of SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- (ii) the CDR-H2 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 54 to 56 of SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- and
- (iii) the CDR-H3 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 100 to 106 of SEQ ID NO:
- 12.
An anti-ApoE4 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising (a) a light chain variable domain comprising three complementarity determining regions (CDRs), wherein the light chain variable domain CDRs are CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3 according to Chothia numbering and (b) a heavy chain variable domain comprising three CDRs, wherein the heavy chain variable domain CDRs are CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3 according to Chothia numbering, and wherein
- (i) the CDR-H1 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 26 to 32 of SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- (ii) the CDR-H2 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 54 to 56 of SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- and
- (iii) the CDR-H3 comprises the amino acid sequence set forth at positions 100 to 106 of SEQ ID NO:12.
