A photocosmetic device includes a light emitting unit, a housing, and a light exit surface. The light emitting unit is configured to generate light to be illuminated on a skin. The light emitting unit is housed in the housing. The light of the light emitting unit is emitted from the light exit surface to an outside of the housing. The light exit surface has a recessed shape recessed inward the housing. The photocosmetic device further includes a skin introducing unit. The skin introducing unit has an opening. The skin introducing unit is configured to introduce the skin through the opening into a recessed space surrounded by the light exit surface.
