Abstract
Method to enhance the delivery of one or more gene therapy vectors to cells comprising contacting said cells with a hypertonic solution before. after or simultaneously with said one or more gene therapy vectors.

A method to enhance the delivery of one or more gene therapy vectors to cells comprising contacting said cells with a hypertonic solution before, after or simultaneously with said one or more gene therapy vectors as compared to a control.
A method to enhance the delivery of one or more gene therapy vectors to a subject in need thereof comprising administering to said subject a hypertonic solution before, after or simultaneously with said one or more gene therapy vectors as compared to a control.
A method to restore cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) function to cells of subjects with cystic fibrosis comprising contacting said cells with a hypertonic solution before, after or simultaneously with said one or more gene therapy vectors.
The method of 2, wherein the hypertonic solution is administered by inhalation, instillation, topical delivery, or injection.
