Abstract
A cell population including macrophages that are CD11b positive, F4/80 positive, CD180 positive, and CD9 positive and that are derived from a tissue selected from the group consisting of placenta, umbilical cord, and amnion with a percentage of 75% or more, the cell population having cell viability of 80% or more.

A cellular therapeutic preparation comprising, as an active ingredient,
- a cell population as an active ingredient comprising macrophages that are CD11b positive, F4/80 positive, CD180 positive, and CD9 positive and that are derived from a tissue selected from the group consisting of placenta, umbilical cord and amnion as an active ingredient with a percentage of 75% or more, the cell population having cell viability of 80% or more.
