The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer, and anticancer adjuvants, comprising omeprazole (KN510) browning substance. In the present invention, omeprazole browning substance (acid degradation substance) was prepared by treating conventional omeprazole with acid, and when the prepared omeprazole browning substance (acid degradation substance) was treated on a pancreatic cancer cell line, etc, it was confirmed that the anticancer effect was significantly increased compared to conventional omeprazole. Therefore, the omeprazole (KN510) browning substance (acid degradation substance) of the present invention can be utilized as a composition for preventing or treating cancer, or as an anticancer adjuvant.
