- a mRNA encapsulated within a lipid nanoparticle;
- and a stabilizer consisting of glycerol.
A method of improving storage stability of a vaccine composition comprising:
- a step of preparing lipid nanoparticles encapsulating a mRNA;
- a step of treating glycerol;
- a step of concentrating.
