Surgical tools and methods of use

A surgical guide, comprising:

• a first member defining a first coupling hole sized and configured to receive a first wire, the first member including:
• a first projection including a first surface configured to engage a first surface of a bone, and
• a second projection including a second surface configured to engage a second surface of the bone such that the bone is received between the first projection and the second projection when the surgical guide is coupled to the bone;
• and
• a second member integrally coupled to the first member by an arm, the second member defining a first hole and a second hole, each of the of the first hole and the second hole sized and configured to receive a respective wire.

A targeting guide comprising:

• a coupling member including a coupling hole extending through the coupling member and configured to receive a wire to couple the targeting guide to a bone;
• a first projection extending from the coupling member and configured to register the targeting guide to the bone;
• a targeting member connected to the coupling member via an arm extending from the coupling member;
• and
• a targeting hole angled to align a wire inserted through the targeting hole and into the bone.
