Laser printable, flexible drum labels

A label construction, comprising:

• a facestock with a first surface and a second surface;
• wherein the facestock comprises a laminate comprising:
• at least one film layer comprising:
• a first polymer having a melting point;
• wherein the first polymer is selected from the group consisting of a polypropylene polymer, polypropylene copolymer, and a combination thereof;
• and
• at least one of an opacifying agent and a cavitating agent;
• and
• at least one non-woven layer comprising a second polymer;
• wherein the second polymer has a melting point at least 5° C. greater than the melting point of the first polymer;
• a topcoat applied to at least a portion of the first surface of the facestock;
• and
• an adhesive layer with a first surface and a second surface;
• wherein the first surface of the adhesive layer is applied to at least a portion of the second surface of the facestock.
