Abstract
A cushioning sheet having an elastic body and including a flat plate, and a plurality of protruding portions that protrudes from the flat plate, an interior of each protruding portion being a cavity that opens in an opposite direction to a protrusion direction, wherein at least one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the protruding portion is provided with a groove that serves as a deformation starting point when the protruding portion is compressed and deformed.

A cushioning sheet having an elastic body, the cushioning sheet comprising:
- a flat plate, and
- a plurality of protruding portions that protrudes from the flat plate, an interior of each protruding portion being a cavity that opens in an opposite direction to a protrusion direction, wherein
- at least one of an inner surface and an outer surface of the protruding portion is provided with a groove that serves as a deformation starting point when the protruding portion is compressed and deformed.
