A display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area, and the display panel further includes: an array base plate; a light-emitting layer arranged on the array base plate and including a plurality of light-emitting units; an isolation structure located in the display area, the isolation structure being arranged on the array base plate and including a plurality of isolation openings, the light-emitting units being located within the isolation openings; a first shielding structure located in the non-display area and arranged in the same layer as at least a portion of the isolation structure; and a touch control component at least partially located at a side of the first shielding structure away from the array base plate.
