Heat sink structure and manufacturing method thereof

A heat sink structure manufacturing method comprising:

• a preparation step of separately manufacturing a heat sink main body part, which has a mounting surface provided on one surface thereof so that a product from which heat is to be dissipated is positioned on the mounting surface and has a heat radiation surface configured to dissipate heat and provided on a surface different from one surface, and a plurality of heat radiation fin parts configured to dissipate heat;
• and
• a laser welding step of fixing the plurality of heat radiation fin parts to the heat radiation surface of the heat sink main body part by laser welding so that the plurality of heat radiation fin parts is spaced apart from one another.
