- generating first information, wherein the first information comprises a fast master cell group (MCG) recovery failure report;
- and
- transmitting the first information.
A terminal device, comprising:
- a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program stored in the memory, to enable the terminal device to perform:
- generating first information, wherein the first information comprises a fast master cell group (MCG) recovery failure report;
- and
- transmitting the first information.
