Method for transmitting and receiving signal in wireless communication system and device supporting same

An apparatus configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the apparatus comprising:

• a memory storing instructions;
• and
• at least one processor coupled with the memory and configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:
• transmitting a first message comprising a random access preamble and an uplink data channel;
• and
• receiving a second message comprising a random access response based on the first message,
• wherein the random access preamble is transmitted in at least one first occasion from among first occasions,
• wherein the uplink data channel is transmitted in at least one second occasion from among second occasions that are consecutive in a frequency domain and a time domain,
• wherein the random access preamble is obtained from among at least one preconfigured random access preamble,
• wherein at least one index of the at least one random access preamble is mapped to the at least one random access occasion in ascending order, and
• wherein a time offset as a number of slot is configured via system information, and a start slot of the at least one second occasion is determined based on the time offset from a lot of the at least one first occasion.

A method performed by a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• receiving a first message comprising a random access preamble and a uplink data channel;
• and
• transmitting a second message comprising a random access response based on the first message,
• wherein the random access preamble is received in at least one first occasion from among first occasions,
• wherein the uplink data channel is received in at least one second occasion from among second occasions that are consecutive in a frequency domain and a time domain,
• wherein the random access preamble is obtained from among at least one preconfigured random access preamble,
• wherein at least one index of the at least one random access preamble is mapped to the at least one second occasion in ascending order, and
• wherein a time offset as a number of slot is configured via system information, and a start slot of the at least one second occasion is determined based on the time offset from a slot of the at least one first occasion.

• a memory storing instructions;

• at least one processor connected to the memory and configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:
• receiving a first message comprising a random access preamble and an uplink data channel;
• and
• transmitting a second message comprising a random access response based on the first message,
• wherein the random access preamble is received in at least one first occasion from among first occasions,
• wherein the uplink data channel is received in at least one second occasion from among second occasions that are consecutive in a frequency domain and a time domain,
• wherein the random access preamble is obtained from among at least one preconfigured random access preamble,
• wherein at least one index of the at least one random access preamble is mapped to the at least one second occasion in ascending order, and
