A radio communication method for a terminal, the radio communication method comprising:

• receiving configuration information including one or more of time resource configurations and/or frequency resource configurations;
• and
• determining, based on the configuration information and an ID related to a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), at least one of a time resource and a frequency resource to be used for at least one of a downlink signal and an uplink signal.

A base station comprising:

• a transmitting section that transmits configuration information including one or more of time resource configurations and/or frequency resource configurations;
• and
• a control section that indicates, using the configuration information and an ID related to a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), at least one of a time resource and a frequency resource to be used for at least one of a downlink signal and an uplink signal.
