Cellular network area optimizer

Network controller equipment, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
• detecting whether target area cellular network condition information associated with a plurality of radio access network nodes in a target area matches a first pattern of target area cellular network condition information of a plurality of patterns of target area cellular network condition information;
• and
• in response to the target area cellular network condition information matching the first pattern of target area cellular network condition information, applying to the plurality of radio access network nodes, a group of parameter values associated with the first pattern, wherein the group of parameter values increases throughput of the radio access network nodes without decreasing connection retainability or accessibility of the radio access network nodes.
