A first secondary node (SN) for wireless communication, comprising:

• at least one memory;
• and
• at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the first SN to:
• determine first information related to downlink (DL) listen before talk (LBT) failure;
• and
• transmit the first information to a master node.

A user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:

• at least one memory;
• and
• at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the UE to:
• receive one or more triggering conditions associated with new radio unlicensed (NR-U) for a successful primary secondary cell (PSCell) change report;
• and
• generate a successful PSCell change report when at least one triggering condition of the one or more triggering conditions is fulfilled.

A processor for wireless communication, comprising:

• at least one controller coupled with at least one memory and configured to cause the processor to:
• receive one or more triggering conditions associated with new radio unlicensed (NR-U) for a successful primary secondary cell (PSCell) change report;
• and
• generate a successful PSCell change report when at least one triggering condition of the one or more triggering conditions is fulfilled.
