Abstract
A method of decoding an image, includes obtaining at least one offset for a picture, deriving a variable for scaling for the picture based on the at least one offset, and performing inter prediction based on the variable for scaling for the picture. The at least one offset is defined with a direction of scaling.
Claims9
A method of decoding an image with a decoding apparatus, comprising:
- receiving a bitstream in which the image is encoded;
- determining a current block included in the image;
- obtaining information on a residual block for the current block from the bitstream;
- generating a residual block for the current block based on the information on the residual block;
- reconstructing the current block based on the residual block to generate a reconstructed image;
- and
- performing a image processing on the reconstructed image based on image processing information included in the bitstream,
- wherein the residual block is added to a prediction block corresponding to the residual block;
- wherein the image processing comprises padding at least one region to the reconstructed image, and
- wherein the padding is performed by selecting one among a plurality of padding methods.
A method of encoding an image with an encoding apparatus, comprising:
- determining a current block included in the image;
- generating a residual block for the current block;
- encoding information on the residual block into a bitstream;
- and
- encoding image processing information into the bitstream,
- wherein the image processing information is used for performing a image processing on a reconstructed image, the reconstructed image is generated by reconstructing the current block based on the residual block, and
- wherein the residual block is added to a prediction block corresponding to the residual block;
- wherein the image processing comprises padding at least one region to the reconstructed image, and
- wherein the padding is performed by selecting one among a plurality of padding methods.
A computer readable recoding medium storing a bitstream which is generated by a method of encoding an image, the method of encoding comprises:
- determining a current block included in the image;
- generating a residual block for the current block;
- encoding information on the residual block into a bitstream;
- and
- encoding image processing information into the bitstream,
- wherein the image processing information is used for performing a image processing on a reconstructed image, the reconstructed image is generated by reconstructing the current block based on the residual block, and
- wherein the residual block is added to a prediction block corresponding to the residual block;
- wherein the image processing comprises padding at least one region to the reconstructed image, and
- wherein the padding is performed by selecting one among a plurality of padding methods.
A method of transmitting a bitstream which is generated by a method of encoding an image, the method of encoding comprises:
- determining a current block included in the image;
- generating a residual block for the current block;
- encoding information on the residual block into a bitstream;
- and
- encoding image processing information into the bitstream,
- wherein the image processing information is used for performing a image processing on a reconstructed image, the reconstructed image is generated by reconstructing the current block based on the residual block, and
- wherein the residual block is added to a prediction block corresponding to the residual block;
- wherein the image processing comprises padding at least one region to the reconstructed image, and
- wherein the padding is performed by selecting one among a plurality of padding methods.
