Techniques for secure blockchain management

A blockchain provider computer communicatively coupled to a data processing computer, the blockchain provider computer comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more memories storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, causes the data processing computer to:
• receive, from the data processing computer, a token request message to obtain a token corresponding to a first electronic device, the data processing computer managing a data transfer channel for conducting one or more data transfers between a first user of the first electronic device and a second user of a second electronic device, the token representing a threshold limit that a combined transfer value of corresponding data transfers initiated by the first electronic device is limited;
• transmit a token response message comprising the token, the token representing a limit corresponding to a currency amount and the first electronic device;
• receive data comprising a net transfer value, the net transfer value being an aggregate of corresponding data fields of the one or more data transfers conducted using the data transfer channel;
• and
• update a ledger with the net transfer value.
