Signal transfer system and signal transfer method

A signal transfer system that transfers a signal from one communication device to another communication device, the signal transfer system comprising:

• a first processor;
• a first storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer program instruction, when executed by the first processor, perform processing of:
• acquiring network transfer information that is information regarding a traffic flow for each traffic flow from the one communication device to the other communication device;
• a second processor;
• and
• a second storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer program instruction, when executed by the second processor, perform processing of:
• executing an adjustment process that is a process of reducing a waiting time for a frame on the basis of the network transfer information.
