Communication method and communication apparatus

A method, comprising:

• determining, by a first device, path parameter group search range information and first information, wherein the first information indicates K path parameter groups, and K is an integer greater than 0;
• and
• sending, by the first device, the path parameter group search range information and the first information to a second device, wherein
• the path parameter group search range information is used to correct each of the K path parameter groups to obtain K corrected path parameter groups, and the K corrected path parameter groups are used for channel estimation.

A method, comprising:

• receiving, by a second device, first information from a first device, wherein the first information indicates K path parameter groups to obtain K corrected path parameter groups, and K is an integer greater than 0;
• correcting, by the second device, the K path parameter groups based on path parameter group search range information;
• and
• performing channel estimation based on K corrected path parameter groups.
