Abstract
A decoding method performed by a receiver of a communication system, according to an embodiment, comprises: receiving a signal transmitted from a transmitter; identifying a parity check matrix for decoding the signal; identifying a first layer scheduling sequence corresponding to the parity check matrix; and performing layered decoding on the basis of at least a part of the parity check matrix and at least a part of the first layer scheduling sequence.
Claims20
A decoding method performed by a receiver of a communication system comprising:
- receiving a signal transmitted from a transmitter;
- identifying a parity check matrix for decoding the signal;
- identifying a first layer scheduling sequence corresponding to the parity check matrix;
- and
- performing layered decoding based on at least a portion of the parity check matrix and at least a portion of the first layer scheduling sequence,
- wherein each index included in the first layer scheduling sequence corresponds to a row block of the parity check matrix,
- wherein the first layer scheduling sequence corresponds to a plurality of layers of which each layer is configured with one or more row block of the parity check matrix,
- wherein the plurality of layers corresponding to the first layer scheduling sequence respectively correspond to one or more index included in the first layer scheduling sequence, and
- wherein at least one layer among the plurality of layers corresponding to the first layer scheduling sequence is configured with a plurality of orthogonal row blocks in the parity check matrix.
A receiver performing decoding in a communication system, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- a control unit comprising circuitry configured to:
- receive a signal transmitted from a transmitter;
- identify a parity check matrix for decoding the signal;
- identify a first layer scheduling sequence corresponding to the parity check matrix;
- and
- perform layered decoding based on at least a portion of the parity check matrix and at least a portion of the first layer scheduling sequence,
- wherein each index included in the first layer scheduling sequence corresponds to a row block of the parity check matrix,
- wherein the first layer scheduling sequence corresponds to a plurality of layers of which each layer is configured with one or more row block of the parity check matrix,
- wherein the plurality of layers corresponding to the first layer scheduling sequence respectively correspond to one or more index included in the first layer scheduling sequence, and
- wherein at least one layer among the plurality of layers corresponding to the first layer scheduling sequence is configured with a plurality of orthogonal row blocks in the parity check matrix.
