Abstract
A method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte includes heating and melting a raw material under a gas atmosphere containing a sulfur element. The raw material includes a lithium source obtained by using an aqueous solution containing Li and SO4, and a ratio of SO4 to Li is 0.1 mol % or more in the aqueous solution.
Claims12
A method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, the method comprising
- heating and melting a raw material under a gas atmosphere containing a sulfur element,
- wherein the raw material comprises a lithium source obtained by using an aqueous solution comprising Li and SO4, and
- a ratio of SO4 to Li is 0.1 mol % or more in the aqueous solution.
A method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, the method comprising:
- obtaining a lithium source using an aqueous solution comprising Li and SO4;
- and
- heating and melting a raw material comprising the lithium source under a gas atmosphere containing a sulfur element,
- wherein a ratio of SO4 to Li is 0.1 mol % or more in the aqueous solution.
A lithium halide-containing composition comprising a lithium halide,
- wherein the lithium halide-containing composition comprises 10 mass % or less of SO4, and is used for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte.
A lithium sulfide-containing composition comprising a lithium sulfide,
- wherein the lithium sulfide-containing composition comprises more than 0.5 mass % and 10 mass % or less of SO4, and is used for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte.
