Multilayer ceramic capacitor and mounting structure of multilayer ceramic capacitor

A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprising:

• a multilayer body including a first main surface and a second main surface opposed to each other in a lamination direction, a first side surface and a second side surface opposed to each other in a width direction which intersects the lamination direction, and a first end surface and a second end surface opposed to each other in a length direction which intersects the lamination direction and the width direction, an inner layer potion, a first outer layer portion on a first main surface-side, and a second outer layer portion on a second main surface-side;
• a first external electrode on the first end surface;
• and
• a second external electrode on the second end surface;
• wherein
• the inner layer portion includes a first internal electrode exposed on the first end surface and connected to the first external electrode, and a second internal electrode exposed on the second end surface and connected to the second external electrode;
• the first and second internal electrodes include Ni as a main component;
• a first solid solution region between a first main surface-side outermost internal electrode and the first outer layer portion includes Sn;
• a second solid solution region between a second main surface-side outermost internal electrode and the second outer layer portion includes Sn;
• and
• a content of Sn is different between the first outer layer portion and the second outer layer portion.

A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprising:

• a multilayer body including a first main surface and a second main surface opposed to each other in a lamination direction, a first side surface and a second side surface opposed to each other in a width direction which intersects the lamination direction, and a first end surface and a second end surface opposed to each other in a length direction which intersects the lamination direction and the width direction, an inner layer potion, a first outer layer portion on a first main surface-side, and a second outer layer portion on a second main surface-side;
• a first external electrode on the first end surface;
• and
• a second external electrode on the second end surface;
• wherein
• the inner layer portion includes a first internal electrode exposed on the first end surface and connected to the first external electrode, and a second internal electrode exposed on the second end surface and connected to the second external electrode;
• the first and second internal electrodes include Ni as a main component;
• a first solid solution layer between a first main surface-side outermost internal electrode and the first outer layer portion includes Sn;
• a second solid solution layer between a second main surface-side outermost internal electrode and the second outer layer portion includes Sn;
• and
• a thickness of the first solid solution layer is thinner than a thickness of the second solid solution layer.
