System and method for matching healthcare providers to patients

A system for matching healthcare providers to patients, the system comprising:

• at least one user computing device in operable connection with a user network;
• an application server in operable communication with the user network, the application server configured to host an application program for matching healthcare provider to patients, the application program having a user interface module for providing access to the application program via the at least one user computing device;
• a processor and a non-transitory, computer readable memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor upon a user selection, cause the device to:
• enable the input of patient information;
• determine, via a matching module, at least one patient clinical parameter and determine if the patient is suitable for one or more healthcare providers, wherein the matching module determines if the patient meets a financial status;
• refer, via a referral module, the patient to the one or more healthcare providers based on the at least one clinical parameter;
• and
• a user module to store a plurality of patient information utilized by the matching module and referral module.

A method for matching healthcare providers to patients, the method comprising the steps of:

• a processor and a non-transitory, computer readable memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor upon a user selection, cause the device to perform the following:
• enabling the input of patient information using a contract creation interface;
• determining, via a matching module, at least one patient clinical parameter and determine if the patient is suitable for one or more healthcare providers, wherein the matching module determines if the patient meets a financial status;
• referring, via a referral module, the patient to the one or more healthcare providers based on the at least one clinical parameter;
• and
• storing a plurality of patient information utilized by the matching module and referral module.
