Augmented reality and tablet interface for model selection

A system, comprising a surface display and an augmented reality (AR) wearable display, the surface and AR wearable displays each comprising processing circuits and a memory, the memory containing instructions executable by the processing circuits whereby the system is operative to:

• display the dataset through the surface display and the augmented reality (AR) wearable display, the dataset comprising a plurality of variables;
• receive a selection of variables, from the plurality of variables;
• use the selection of variables for fitting the dataset into a first model;
• and
• display a first goodness-of-fit corresponding to the first model and a second goodness-of-fit corresponding to a second model, through the combination of the surface display and the AR wearable display.

A non-transitory computer readable media having stored thereon instructions for displaying and fitting a dataset into a model, the instructions comprising:

• displaying the dataset through a combination of a surface display and an augmented reality (AR) wearable display, the dataset comprising a plurality of variables;
• receiving a selection of variables, from the plurality of variables;
• using the selection of variables, fitting the dataset into a first model;
• and
• displaying a first goodness-of-fit corresponding to the first model and a second goodness-of-fit corresponding to a second model, through the combination of the surface display and the augmented reality (AR) wearable display.
